Why Wear Pink?
Pink Shirt Day is the last Wednesday in February; it is the way British Columbia marks the fight against bullying. CUPE also celebrates a Day of Pink in April each year.
On both days, we encourage our members to wear a pink shirt to stand up and say NO to bullying — in the school, in our workplaces, online, and everywhere else.
