Important Changes to Union Email !!

Our local is moving from email addresses to addresses starting in December 2023. You can now reach us in the following ways:

Head Steward:
Education Chair:
Sick Benefit Bank Committee:

Individual executive board members may still use their personal email. Additional role based emails may be added in the future. For full confidentiality, we do recommend contacting us from non-uvic email addresses.

We have also migrated the listserv (mailing list) over to a new server on and will begin using that in December 2023, too. Please note, new employees are enrolled by default. You can always request to be removed from the list but we hope you’ll stay connected!
