As winter weather approaches, we want to share a few details about how we monitor and respond to weather conditions at UVic.
In the event of a major snowfall or other extreme weather event, check the UVic website for current information about the status of campus operations. The university will use the website and social media channels to let you know about safety precautions and service disruptions. We do our best to share timely updates so that you have time to plan and respond.
Be safe! Please plan ahead, allow extra time and take care in your travels, wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and be prepared for wintery conditions.
